Are there any special reasons for requesting your first choice?


We, the host, agree to transport the exhibit from the previous host site to our facility, set it up, take it down, and monitor the exhibit on a daily basis. We will notify the W/NP office immediately in case of any problems with or damages to the exhibition. We agree to support this activity financially with a minimum donation of $250.

Upon submission of the reservation request, the W/NP Photo Exhibit Committee will review your application for approval and will contact you with a confirmation.
