Membership within Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners of the Americas, Inc. provides a number of rewarding opportunities. Through people-to-people programs, W/NP volunteers work with their Nicaraguan counterparts, sharing with one another their cultures and sparking international friendships. With current projects existing in areas such as Agriculture/Natural Resources, Cultural Diversity, Health, Humanitarian Assistance, and Women in Development, W/NP creates an outlet for any individual to share their expertise and pave the way toward better living conditions and enhanced human dignity.
Member Benefits
In addition to supporting the organization, W/NP membership entails certain privileges. Not only are members eligible for a term on the Board of Directors, but they can also vote for organization policy. Members will also be added automatically to the W/NP mailing list through which they will receive newsletters, notices, and updates.
